基于组织双元能力的惯例复制机制研究

摘要：

惯例复制机制是组织价值创造的一种重要战略,但在复制过程中惯例与新环境会因为难以匹配适应而产生"复制困境",这成为困扰复制问题的核心议题,而组织双元能力则提供了解决这一问题的新思路。本文通过对惯例复制宏观层面知识转移的梳理,指出跨越宏观鸿沟,探究惯例复制的微观机制是解开复制过程黑箱的基本前提。首先以知识为载体对惯例内涵进行了重新解读,在此基础上发现了知识模板作为组织惯例复制的表征。以惯例异质性和层次性为基础将惯例分为常规惯例和柔性惯例,结合组织惯例的情境依赖性,对不同类型惯例与新环境的匹配适应过程进行了分析,发现组织双元能力可以作为解决这一问题的分析视角。结合不同类型惯例的内涵建立了稳定环境下的常规惯例/利用能力匹配模式和动态环境下的柔性惯例/探索能力匹配模式,继而通过对组织学习和双元能力平衡的深入阐述厘清了组织惯例的复制路径,最后以"大联想模式"为例对其在新兴市场和北美市场的复制路径进行了比较分析,对惯例复制机制进行了检验。
