组织异议研究述评与展望

摘要
组织往往以"规范"为由,试图抑制异议的存在,却忽略了组织异议这一沟通形式是组织决策制定的重要信息来源,可以帮助组织在多变的环境下快速应对冲击。本文从组织异议的内涵、测量、形成因素、表达形式以及影响结果等方面对现有文献进行了综述,构建了组织异议相关研究的整合模型,并在分析现有研究不足的基础上,对未来的研究重点进行了展望,以期为国内的相关研究提供参考。
