反倾销对中国出口的抑制效应探究

摘要：

通过在国际贸易引力模型中加入反倾销因素,本文定量考察贸易壁垒对中国出口带来的影响。使用1992至2010年中国同24个贸易伙伴分行业的三维混合数据进行分析,本文发现贸易伙伴对中国商品实施的反倾销措施显著抑制了中国商品的出口。反事实模拟结果表明,反倾销使中国的出口额减少2到3.2个百分点,而发达国家反倾销的抑制效应明显高于平均水平。反倾销带来的"贸易缺口"还具有显著的行业差异,并且在一些年份给中国相关行业出口造成较大的负面影响。中国各界应高度重视国外的反倾销措施,积极应对,探寻解决方案,努力降低反倾销给出口贸易造成的不利影响。
