摘要：

公司治理对企业技术创新的影响是近几年学术界研究的热点问题之一,现有研究主要集中在控制权市场、股权结构、董事会结构以及经理报酬契约等公司治理方面。在对国内外研究成果进行总结和分析的基础上,针对现有研究存在的局限性,对分析框架进行了扩展,提出了进一步研究的方向。
