摘要：

分析股权结构与企业技术创新投入之间的关系,认为控制权私人收益是股权集中的原因之一,在此基础上,提出新的概念模型,并运用实证研究检验了关于股权结构、控制权私人收益和技术创新投入之间关系的相关假设。
