公司自主创新投入与治理结构特征实证研究

摘要：

本文以2007年新会计准则推出后的上市公司为样本,采用WLS方法实证分析公司治理结构对公司创新投入的影响。公司股权集中度对公司创新投入具有正向作用,国有控股公司创新投入少于民营控股公司,基金持股和基金持股集中度对公司的研发支出具有正向作用。董事长持有股份的公司,其创新投入反而减少。
