摘要：

从新制度理论的视角研究国家高新区内企业的创新行为,阐述企业内部、外部制度环境及其耦合机制对企业创新绩效的作用机理。研究发现,国家高新区外部制度环境和内部制度环境下,企业追求"合法性"的行为对企业的创新绩效具有正向的促进作用。但是内外部制度环境的耦合机制对企业创新绩效的影响并不明显。我们进一步针对如何完善和改进国家高新区内外部两种制度环境之间的耦合机制,促进企业的创新绩效提出了政策建议。
