<正>血栓弹力图(thrombelastography,TEG)是一种通过检测血栓粘弹力的变化并以图形的方式动态反映凝血、血小板聚集和纤溶功能的方法。与传统的凝血四项和血小板聚集率等方法相比,TEG可对凝血因子、血小板功能、纤维蛋白原功能及纤溶过程等进行全面评估,并对临床用药进行个体化指导[1]。2004年,作为TEG系统的重要组成部分血小板图(Platelet Mapping)获得专利并正式上市,为临床带来了
