摘要：

人类伴粥样硬化而生,随血栓事件而亡。血小板是血栓形成的核心因素,在动脉粥样硬化成为流行病的今天,抗血小板治疗已经广泛应用于动脉粥样硬化疾病中血栓的治疗及预防。但抗血小板药物的监测一直没有得到重视,不恰当抗栓治疗导致的缺血性或出血性事件在临床上并不少见。本文就抗血小板治疗过程中血小板功能监测的必要性以及方法做一综述。
