摘要
文章从企业员工流失的角度评估了空气污染的经济后果,并结合员工特征和外部环境深入探讨了其影响机制。研究表明,空气污染显著增加了企业员工流失率。为了缓解反向因果关系所引起的内生性问题,文章选取气象学中的"逆温强度"作为空气质量的工具变量,结论保持不变。企业员工流失主要体现在员工人均薪酬较低、员工学历较高以及行业竞争程度较高的企业中。稳健性检验表明,除了导致企业员工流失外,空气污染还会增大劳动力雇用不足的概率。文章从人力资本积累的角度揭示了我国空气污染治理的必要性,并为政府制定相关政策和企业实施人才战略提供了有价值的参考依据。
