江苏省经济增长中存在结构红利还是成本病?——基于2000-2013年数据的实证分析

摘要：

使用修正的偏离—份额法和全要素生产率分解法对2000-2013年江苏省劳动生产率和经济增长率进行了分解和分析,结果表明:随着产业结构的逐步调整,江苏省经济增长中的结构红利效应逐年减小,而技术进步效应逐年增大并占主导地位;全要素生产率增长的贡献逐期递增并超过资本要素增长的贡献,成为经济发展的主要动力;在全要素生产率增长的贡献中,结构变迁效应逐渐让位于技术进步效应。研究得到如下启示:经济发展中的结构红利效应与成本病效应可能会同时存在,且具有一定的合理性,为经济发展新常态下"调结构"与"稳增长"之间的内在联系提供了理论依据。
