Research on the Policy Environment of Industry-University-Research-User Collaborative Innovation

The collaborative innovation of industry-university-research-user can enhance the national independent innovation strength,promote industrialization reform,and achieve leapforward breakthroughs in the field of innovation.Innovation policy,as a means to drive national economic development,plays an important role in regulating the macro and micro innovation environment.Based on the structural equation model(SEM),the promotion effects of the implementation and publicity of innovation policies on the R & D motivation of innovation subjects are discussed in this study.It is our attention to analyze the innovation policy environment under the collaborative innovation of industry-university-research-user from the three dimensions of policy implementation,policy perception,and policy satisfaction,respectively.The statistical results presented by SPSS and AMOS show that policy implementation and perception have a significant positive impact on policy satisfaction,and policy implementation substantially impacts policy perception.Finally,policy suggestions are put forward from system management,organizational construction,and cultural education,which provides decision-making references for formulating and implementing innovative ecological policies.
