Industry-university-research collaborative innovation is a new trend of scientific and technological innovation activities in the world, and it is a fundamental way to effectively integrate innovative resources and continuously improve the efficiency of innovation. Based on system theory and modern innovation theory, this paper expounds that the information technology industry-university-research collaborative innovation system is a typical innovation network system, which mainly includes five parts: boundary, behavior subject, resource, network connection and operation mechanism, and then constructs a mathematical model of information technology industry-university-research collaborative innovation.
