摘要
This article examines how industrial buyers and suppliers perceive recent changes in business markets. It assesses the perceptions and opinions of practitioners on both sides of the industrial buyer-supplier dyad about their relationships. Some major factors moving companies toward using fewer suppliers are investigated along with the advantages and characteristics of a good buyer-supplier relationship and the problems with long-term relationships.
