摘要
Neonates mount poor immune responses, and if has been assumed that neonatal T cells differ qualitatively from adult T cells. Here, Becky Adkins discusses this issue ill the light of recent data indicating that T cells in neonates ave developmentally mature in their capacity to mount protective Th1-type and cytotoxic T lymphocyte responses.
