摘要
目的分析并归纳Rho激酶的生理及病理生理作用研究进展。方法查阅近年有关Rho激酶的国内外文献,基于目前和Rho激酶相关的一些分子、细胞、动物的实验研究及临床试验,对Rho激酶的生理及病理生理作用进行分析、归纳和综合。结果与结论 Rho激酶已经成为很有价值的药物作用靶点,Rho激酶抑制剂的不断研发为许多心脑血管及肿瘤等疾病的治疗提供了新的希望。
