摘要：

构建了关系嵌入强度、知识吸收能力和集群企业技术创新扩散之间关系的理论模型,实证研究结果表明,关系嵌入强度和知识吸收能力正向影响集群企业技术创新扩散;关系嵌入强度正向影响企业知识吸收能力;潜在知识吸收能力在关系嵌入强度和技术创新扩散之间起到了部分中介作用;实现知识吸收能力在关系嵌入强度和技术创新扩散之间起到了完全中介作用。研究还表明,对微型企业和初创期企业而言,关系嵌入强度对知识吸收能力和技术创新扩散不产生显著正向影响。
