流动人口城市公共服务获取与居留意愿——基于长三角地区的实证分析

摘要：

以长三角地区流动人口样本为研究对象,考察了户籍因素、个体特征、职业特征、家庭因素、流动特征和城市异质性对流动人口获取城市公共服务的影响效应,并进一步分析了城市公共服务获取特征对流动人口居留意愿的影响。结果发现:相对于城镇户籍流动人口,农村户籍流动人口更难以获取城市公共服务,而且在城市的长期居留意愿更低;但对已经获得城市公共服务的流动人口而言,不同户籍流动人口的长期居留意愿无显著差异;另外,人力资本素质较高、家庭负担较小或大型城市的流动人口更容易获取城市公共服务且留城意愿较强。在户籍约束下,实现流动人口城市公共服务"从无到有"再"从有到优"的转变,是当前促进流动人口社会融入和加快城镇化进程的有效途径。
