研发投入跳跃对企业绩效影响的实证研究——双元性创新注意力的中介作用

摘要：

研发是企业获取竞争优势的重要途径。企业绩效不仅受研发投入强度的影响,还受研发投入波动的影响。基于企业的注意力基础观,运用2007-2013年中国202家上市公司的面板数据,结合事件研究法和文本分析法,分析研发投入跳跃对企业绩效的影响及其机制。研究表明,研发投入跳跃越大,则企业绩效越高;决策者双元性创新注意力在研发投入跳跃与企业绩效之间起中介作用。
