摘要：

<正>近年来,国内外文献对急性脑损伤的生化标记物,进行了许多研究报道,其中S100B蛋白具有广泛的生物活性,与脑损伤的病理机制密切相关,因而备受关注。随着脑血管病的逐年增多,以及缺血性脑卒中的病发率日益增高,S100B蛋白在缺血性脑损伤的临床应用,显得越加重要。
