摘要
<正> S100蛋白由Moore首先在牛脑中发现,是一组低分子量的酸性钙结合蛋白,通过肾脏代谢和清除,生物半寿期为2 h。因可溶解在pH=7的饱和硫酸铵溶液里,故命名为S100蛋白。S100蛋白存在于脊椎动物中,相对分子质量为10 000~12 000,具备细胞内和细胞外调节活性,参与多种细胞活动。
