全身振动刺激对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行效率的影响

摘要
目的:观察全身振动训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行效率的影响。方法:脑卒中患者11例,均进行全身振动刺激,频率10Hz,振幅4mm,时间10min。振动刺激前后进行步态分析。结果:振动刺激10min后,11例患者步频、步速及患侧步长、患侧单支撑相时间、健腿摆动相时间、健侧髋关节最大屈曲角度、健患侧髋关节及膝关节最大屈曲角度、患侧踝关节最大背伸角度均较刺激前明显增加(P<0.05);步行周期、双支撑相时间显著缩短(P<0.05);健侧步长、健侧单支撑相时间、患腿摆动相时间刺激前后比较差异无统计学意义。结论:全身振动刺激可以显著改善脑卒中偏瘫患者步行时空参数,提高患者的步行能力。
