肝细胞生长因子对神经损伤的保护及镇痛作用研究进展

摘要
肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)是一多功能细胞生长因子,对组织器官再生、伤口愈合、血管新生起着重要的调节作用。另外,HGF是一种神经营养因子,具有促进运动神经元、感觉神经元和副交感神经元的存活,对神经具有营养和保护作用,在中枢神经系统中起到重要的作用。HGF对缺血性脑损伤、脊髓损伤和周围神经损伤具有保护和修复作用,而且对肢体缺血、糖尿病性神经病变导致的慢性疼痛具有镇痛作用。本文就近年来HGF对神经系统的保护和修复作用以及镇痛作用及其机制的研究现状进行综述。
