原因不明性复发性流产91例主动免疫治疗效果分析

摘要：

目的探讨原因不明性复发性流产(URSA)行主动免疫治疗的疗效及免疫细胞含量的变化特征。方法应用荧光染色和流式细胞技术,分别对2011年1月至2012年8月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院产前诊断中心行淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗的91例URSA患者治疗前后淋巴细胞坏死率及CD3、CD4、CD8及NK细胞比率进行测定;并随访其妊娠结局。结果 79例成功妊娠至12周胎盘形成以后,12例在孕12周以前再次流产,成功率86.81%;治疗后CD3、CD4和NK细胞比例明显下降,CD8及淋巴细胞坏死率显著上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗对于URSA具有显著的疗效,NK细胞的降低有利于妊娠成功。
