摘要：

农业经济发展与整个国民经济的健康发展密切相关,离不开农业科技的支持,亦离不开金融体系的支撑。本文从金融排斥的角度出发,测算了我国省域金融排斥指数,并阐述了金融排斥、农业科技投入与农业经济发展三者之间的理论机制,在此基础上,运用中国30个省份2000～2014年的面板数据对三者之间的关系进行了实证分析。研究发现:金融排斥不仅会直接抑制农业经济发展,还会通过农业科技投入间接影响农业经济发展,即农业科技投入在金融排斥与农业经济发展之间具有中介效应,该中介效应约占总效应的58.89%;同时,农业科技投入对农业经济发展的正向作用受到金融排斥单重门槛效应的影响,相较于低金融排斥水平而言,高金融排斥水平下该正向促进作用明显减弱;最后,本文依据研究结论,提出相应的政策建议。
