信任水平的测度及其对合作的影响——来自一组实验微观数据的证据

摘要：

本文首次运用一组实验数据从个体微观角度考察了信任与合作之间的关系,我们分别用信任博弈实验和GSS调查问卷两种方法测度了行为个体的信任水平,并以公共品博弈中的投资额作为其合作水平的度量,结果发现,信任水平的两种测度方法存在内在的一致性,即无论是否控制利他偏好,信任博弈实验中的投资额均可以被GSS信任指数解释;同时我们运用工具变量法处理了实验方法测度的信任和合作两个变量的内生性问题之后,并在控制个体差异和利他偏好及风险偏好等条件下,我们发现个体的合作水平与其通过信任博弈实验测度的信任水平显著正相关,但是与其通过问卷测度的信任水平没有显著相关性,这说明信任能够促进合作假说的成立依赖于信任水平的具体测度方法。
