从民主选举到有效治理:海外中国村民自治研究的重心转向

摘要：

村民自治是海外学者研究中国政治的重要窗口。自20世纪90年代至今,海外学者一直持续关注中国村民自治,但研究重心正在从选举转向治理。研究重心的转向虽然丰富了海外中国村民自治的研究视野和内容,但仍存在提升空间。本文认为,海外中国村民自治研究应紧扣村庄民主选举对有效治理的影响这一主题,以村庄精英行动或公共产品供给为主线,构建选举一治理二元动态分析框架,并引入比较历史分析的方法推动村民自治研究的发展。
