摘要：

本文首先梳理了工业创新过程的网络化、阶段性特征,针对我国工业创新效率低的问题,通过解析创新过程中要素传递流程及其特征,构建创新过程效率评估模型,实证考察中国各地区工业创新过程,并对两个核心阶段即"创新资源转换"阶段与"创新知识转化"阶段的创新效率进行了测算。在此基础上,利用网络DEA模型考察了我国工业创新的四种模式,深入探究创新效率低的瓶颈环节和主要制约因素。
