中国的政府R&D资助有效吗? 来自大中型工业企业的经验证据

摘要：

本文的研究目的旨在考察中国政府R&D资助企业技术创新的效果,并从政府偏好的角度分析影响资助效果的因素。本文采用1998—2007年中国大中型工业企业分行业数据,应用静态和动态面板数据模型的研究结果发现,中国政府的R&D资助显著地促进了企业的技术创新,而且企业自身的知识存量、企业规模、行业技术水平及产权类型等因素均会对资助效果产生不同程度的影响。本文的结论为我国政府R&D资助政策的制定提供了有益参考。
