320排CT对急性冠脉综合征与稳定型心绞痛患者冠脉斑块对照分析

摘要：

目的对比分析急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)与稳定型心绞痛(stable angina,SA)患者冠脉斑块在320排CT心脏血管造影(320-CTA)图像上特征,为临床早期识别ACS提供依据。方法回顾性分析143例冠心病患者数据,其中ACS84例,SA59例,分析冠脉斑块在320CTA图像上表现。结果 ACS患者冠脉混合斑块发生率、受累冠脉节段总数及在冠脉主要分支上的分布、多节段受累患者数、点状钙化斑块的发生率及受累冠脉正性重构发生率方面显著高于SA患者。结论 ACS患者冠脉斑块负荷更大,更多侵犯冠脉三大分支,斑块更多表现为点状钙化,受累冠脉更多发生正性重构。
