<正> 近年来,对不稳定性心绞痛(unstable angina,UA)和非ST 段抬高心肌梗死(non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction,NSTEMI)病理生理机制的认识逐步深入,有关大规模临床试验结果陆续问世,其临床治疗也有重要进展。为了更好的总结这些经验,合理指导临床实践,中华医学会心血管病学分会、中华心血管病杂志编辑委员会根据近年来有关临床试验的研究结果,参考美国心脏病学会(ACC)/美国心脏协会(AHA)及欧洲心脏病学会(ESC)的有关指南,并结合我国心血管病防治的具体情况,组织有关专家制定了我国 UA
