摘要：

资本市场中的基金经理、证券分析师和上市公司高管等各类市场主体处于纷繁复杂的社会关系网络之中。他们彼此之间的社会关系及其背后"隐藏"的信息流和资金流都不可避免地会对他们的投资决策产生切实而深刻的影响,进而影响公司金融和资产定价。社会关系是一种"横向的联系",而社会经历则是一种"纵向的联系",资本市场中的各类市场主体的成长经历和社会履历同样也会影响其投资决策。近年来,这一领域的研究成为西方金融学界研究的热点,并取得了一系列成果。本文对资本市场中的社会关系、社会经历及其市场影响这两个领域的研究脉络和研究进展进行综述和梳理,以期唤起国内学者对社会关系、社会经历与资本市场之间相互影响问题的充分关注。
