摘要
<正>再灌注治疗为急性心肌梗死的治疗提供了高效的治疗方式。但心肌缺血再灌注减少急性心肌梗死面积的同时由于冠状动脉的骤然开通与血流恢复,引起血管内皮细胞功能异常、激活炎症因子等,导致再灌注损伤[1]。由于心肌缺血再灌注损伤(myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury,MIRI)极高的发病率以及致死率,其损伤机制及治疗成为研究者关注的焦点。本文就目前国内外对于MI-
