摘要
<正>MRI能显示脑内一些无症状的微小或轻微病变。既往只能依靠病理才能诊断的脑白质疏松(leukoaraiosis)和腔隙性脑梗死(lacunar cerebral infarction)等微小血管病变,临床上利用MRI T2加权相的脑白质高信号改变已能作出诊断。但多数研究集中在脑微小血管病变所致的缺血性损害,对通过严重破坏的小血管壁发生的脑内微出血(intracerebralmicrobleeds,IMB)或点状出血(intracerebral petechial hemorrhages,IPH),近年才引起重视。以下将IMB有关的研究进展进行综述。
