集群企业升级影响因素的实证研究——基于社会网络的视角

摘要：

本文以广东省中山市古镇灯饰产业集群及惠州市陈江灯饰产业集群中的企业为研究样本,通过问卷调查收集数据,探讨了集群企业社会网络特征对企业升级的影响。研究结果表明:中介中心性网络位置对集群企业产品升级、流程升级具有显著的正向影响,产学研合作网络以及产业内部合作网络的关系强度对集群企业产品升级、流程升级具有显著的正向影响,但服务中介机构合作网络的关系强度对集群企业产品升级、流程升级并没有显著影响。
