人力资本与创新驱动——高等教育改革推动高质量发展的微观证据

摘要
以中国“高校扩招”政策为准自然实验,采用倍差法深入考察人力资本扩张对中国企业创新的影响。结果表明,人力资本扩张显著提高了企业的专利申请数,对企业创新产生了显著的促进作用,并且这一过程主要通过促进研发投入、增加中间品和资本品进口规模及种类、提升学习能力等渠道实现。另外,人力资本扩张还提高了企业的创新效率和创新质量。
