<正>卒中位列全球人口全因死亡率的第4位,尤其在低、中等收入国家,其发病率仍在不断地升高[1],其中以动脉粥样硬化为基础的缺血性卒中发病率具有逐年增多的趋势[2]。动脉粥样硬化实质上是一种由数十种炎性因子介导的炎症免疫反应[3],其发生、发展及预后均与炎症反应密切相关。因此,调节炎症反应过程、以炎性
