摘要：

从大数据的特点出发,讨论大数据时代下中小企业自身开展竞争情报工作的弱点。分析智慧政府数据管理职能及其在提供竞争情报公共服务存在的资金、技术、人才、效率等优势,进而提出智慧政府主导下的中小企业竞争情报服务供给对策。
