摘要：

野菊花是常用的中草药,具有清热解毒、疏风平肝等功效。现代药理学研究表明其具有抗微生物、抗炎、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、保肝、神经保护、保护心血管、抗血小板聚集等多种作用,且具有高效、低毒的特点,有较好的临床应用价值和研发潜力。本文综述了野菊花的化学成分,国内外对野菊花提取物、主要化学成分总黄酮和挥发油的药理作用,野菊花毒理等方面的进展情况,为野菊花的开发提供理论依据。
