摘要：

本文尝试发展一个内生增长模型,从不完全契约视角考察金融发展对经济增长的影响。理论分析表明,在契约不完全的条件下,金融发展将会促进长期经济增长;并且契约的宽泛实施会扩大其对经济增长的正影响。在此基础上,基于1999～2009年中国省区33个行业数据的经验研究发现,这一结论显著成立;在控制了FDI、专业化等变量以及金融发展的其他传导渠道后,该结论依然稳健。本文研究为我们理解金融发展与经济增长的关系提供了一个新的视角。
