国外关系治理研究最新进展探析

摘要：

关系治理是与正式的契约治理相对的非正式交易治理机制,能够较好地解释上世纪九十年代以来出现的战略联盟、企业网络等新现象。但目前,关系治理研究文献还比较零散。本文在文献研究的基础上,从关系治理的内涵、影响因素以及影响效应三方面探析了国外关系治理研究的最新进展,最后对未来相关研究进行了简要展望,以期为深化关系治理研究提供启示。
