新产品研发、顾客关系管理与供应链管理能力的交互效应

摘要
能力互补或整合的重要性已被普遍认可,但缺乏实证依据。本文识别并确认了对创造、传递顾客价值起决定作用的三种能力:新产品研发、顾客关系管理、供应链管理,重点分析并检验了它们的互补关系。层级回归模型和结构方程模型结果表明:(1)三种能力正向影响企业绩效,但侧重点不同,新产品研发主要促进创新性优势(效果绩效),供应链管理主要促进低成本优势(效率绩效),顾客关系管理则同时促进两种优势;(2)三种能力存在互补关系,新产品研发与顾客关系管理正向交互影响创新性,供应链管理与顾客关系管理正向交互影响低成本。在为能力互补观点提供实证依据的同时,本研究也为企业如何平衡效果和效率提供了解决思路。
