创业的得与失——中国居民创业的货币与非货币回报

摘要
创业行为是企业家精神的具体体现,是促进增长和扩大就业的重要动力。本文基于中国综合社会调查数据,研究了中国居民创业的货币和非货币回报,并采用处理效应模型和倾向值匹配法以缓解自选择偏误。我们发现:第一,创业者的午收入高于就业者30%到40%左右,但也面对更高的收入不确定性。第二,创业者工作更长的时间,但也拥有更高的主观幸福感。第三,家庭教育背景较好的创业者拥有更高的货币回报;同时,创业的货币回报存在"马太效应",越是成功的创业者其货币回报越高。这些发现有助于我们深入理解中国居民的创业动机和创业环境。
