摘要：

全球气候变化和城市化背景下,世界各国城市的水资源短缺、洪涝灾害、水质污染等水问题频发,对城市的持续健康发展带来了巨大的威胁和挑战。城市水系统领域引入弹性的概念对城市水问题的缓解带来了希望。从生态和社会学领域梳理了弹性概念的起源、发展历程和内涵的演变。同时进行了与脆弱性以及适应性的相关概念的比较和辨析,在此基础上阐述了在城市水系统领域弹性的概念发展及应用。还系统评述了水系统弹性的评价方法以及弹性策略,同时根据已有研究的发展脉络,前瞻了弹性水系统研究的四个发展趋势。
