开放条件下知识产权保护与我国技术创新——基于1997—2010年省级面板数据的实证研究

摘要：

本文基于知识产权保护的视角实证分析了开放经济条件下国内企业R&D投入、外商直接投资和国际贸易对我国技术创新的影响.结果显示:我国企业R&D投入、国际贸易均对我国不同层次技术创新产生显著的正效应,而外商直接投资对我国创新产出的直接作用不明显;知识产权保护强度不仅直接增强了我国的技术研发能力,还作为重要的制度变量作用于企业R&D投入、外商直接投资和国际贸易,使其对我国技术创新产生正向促进效果.
