摘要：

在异质性企业贸易理论的分析框架下,利用中国制造业企业的微观数据,检验和分析了企业嵌入全球价值链对企业成本加成的影响。得到以下重要结论:(1)从整体上看,企业嵌入GVC生产对提高成本加成有明显的正向作用;(2)分样本看,资本和技术密集型企业、高技术一般贸易企业以及行业集中程度较高的企业能够从参与GVC中获得更显著的成本加成提高;(3)从作用机制上看,嵌入GVC的成本节约效应普遍存在于资本密集型和技术密集型企业中,技术外溢效应仅对技术密集型企业有正影响;质量外溢效应同样得到经验支持,不过它依赖企业自身的吸收能力。政策启示为:应积极鼓励中国企业参与以GVC为核心的国际新型生产网络,促进加工贸易转型,提升自身研发创新能力和人力资本水平。
