摘要：

从"责任式创新"这一新兴创新范式切入,聚焦人工智能技术创新治理议题,构建了责任式创新范式下人工智能技术创新治理分析框架(包括技术维、经济维、伦理维和社会维),并系统分析了人工智能技术创新在理论和实践层面的双重性,从而为人工智能技术创新的可持续发展提供借鉴。
