员工的素质能力在HP WS与企业竞争优势关系中的中介作用研究

摘要
本文运用中国医药行业企业的数据检验高绩效人力资源管理与企业竞争优势之间的关系,以及员工素质能力对这一关系的影响。研究结果表明:第一,高绩效人力资源管理对企业的竞争优势具有显著的影响;第二,高绩效人力资源管理对企业竞争优势的影响可以通过提高员工素质能力来实现。此外,研究结果还表明高绩效人力资源管理措施更可能是作为一个整体在发挥作用的。本研究丰富了战略人力资源管理在中国这一转型经济中和医药行业这一非常缺乏研究的行业中的证据,研究结果有助于进一步揭示战略人力资源管理影响企业绩效的作用机理。
