资源依赖、关系质量对联盟绩效影响的实证研究

摘要：

基于文献研究,认为企业间的资源依赖性和关系质量分别影响了联盟的潜在价值和潜在价值的实现程度,进而影响联盟绩效。通过对北京市156家企业的实证研究表明,企业间资源的结构依赖性、信任、承诺和沟通对联盟绩效有显著影响。
