货币政策、收入分配及经济福利——基于DSGE模型的贝叶斯估计

摘要：

在我国收入分配不平等程度不断上升的背景下,利率变动的收入分配效应以及央行制定货币政策该如何兼顾收入分配因素成为非常重要的问题。本文在经典新凯恩斯DSGE模型框架下,创新性地引入一定程度的家庭异质性,通过设定"李嘉图式"和"经验规则"两类异质性家庭以及价格、工资黏性,分析了技术、工资加成和利率变动三种外生冲击下,居民消费以及收入分配的动态变化。本文同时还以经济福利损失最小化为标准,通过数值计算方法求解最优泰勒规则。研究表明:正向技术冲击会提升经济产出并降低通货膨胀,提高消费分配的不平等程度,不影响居民收入分配;"李嘉图式"("经验规则")家庭工资加成冲击会同时降低(提高)消费以及收入分配不平等程度,且对消费(收入)不平等指数影响更为显著;利率的正向变动冲击会提高消费以及收入分配不平等程度。对我国央行而言,在制定货币政策时,加强对通货膨胀波动的干预是降低经济中消费与收入分配不平等程度的一个有效途径。
